How it works

We start with a kickoff meeting to understand your business, your pain points, and what you want to get out of the assessment. We then gather information through a combination of remote discovery tools, questionnaires, and optional on-site visits. We review your environment, document findings, and produce a report that includes a summary, detailed findings, and a prioritized list of recommendations with rough cost and effort estimates.

The scope can be tailored: some clients want a full infrastructure and security review; others want to focus on a specific area, such as backup or cloud readiness. We can also do lighter-weight “health checks” that give you a snapshot without a full report. We'll agree on scope and deliverables before we start.

When to get an assessment

An assessment is useful when you're about to make a significant IT decision—new hardware, a move to the cloud, or hiring or changing your IT support.
